Airplane Fuselage Model

This airplane fuselage model was built for a company that makes cargo nets. The cargo nets are installed in planes to protect pilots from shifting items during turbulence.

Laser cut rolled steel was used for the body of the airplane fuselage model. It included 3D printed parts, machined Ren board for the curved ribbing, and working doors made of brass.

In the last picture you can see the miniature cargo net installed on the model by the client.
