Gyroscope Model

This gyroscope model was built for display purposes. Gyroscopes are placed inside satellites to aid in navigation.

The model is half scale size and built from a single photograph. The gyroscope model is articulated - it moves in the same way as the real thing - and can be posed.

Our model makers built this replica out of machinist board and laser cut plastics.
